WAYS TO GET OVER A BREAK UP

If you belong to the age group of 30+ and  still not playing the role of a parent then it may seem to be useless but if you just hit the puberty or a parent of an offspring of that age group then you should take the trouble of going through till the end.

The reason why you feel disappointed and become depressed after a break up is your lack of vision to see life the way it is.But it would be a bit harsh to expect an immature fellow to be spot on all the time in every phase of his journey. Mistakes are to be committed to experience life fully. If you restrain yourself from doing things you like because of having the fear of failure, then you will end up living a constipated life. It is way better to commit mistakes & learn from it. Here are some fundamental factors that make you commit so and suffer the consequences:

  • I know people say that immediate involvement in another relationship after a break up is the most comprehensive and shortest way to come out of it but it is not applicable to everyone. Even if you submit the application to fall in again, there is least chance of you being successful this time around.Everything you do in life needs certain amount of attention to become prosperous. There is always a high percentage of possibility of you being failed again due to lack of intensified attention. There will be an exchange of sweet emotion in between a couple. If someone finds his/her partner to be less responsive than himself/herself,then the possibility of the relationship moving forward is less. When you still have the hangover of the previous one,you reciprocate less and that is where your skill of using someone else as a tool to forget the other fails.

  •  So,it is better that you find out the reason of your failure first.Falling in love with other is an hormonal hijack. If you look at the fundamental process of life you will  see that the development of your physical body both inside and outside makes you realize various aspects of your existence. The predominant of those is the attraction for the opposite sex.We know that something we experience for the first time in our life draws our best attention and it turns out to be indelible. The human mechanism is made up in that way and here lies the chemistry of so called 1st love being so important and unforgettable.

  •  Our likes and dislikes depend on our own experience of life.If tomorrow morning you find extreme goodness in someone, you tend to fall in love with him/her but in the very next moment if the reverse happens you feel remorse for your decision. This takes place because our lack of perspective. We exchange love just because we have memory. If  someone wipes off your memory everything will be blank for you even love which you are so much fond of but life exists. The exaggerated relationship we establish in between love and live is quite bizarre.Love is just a sweetness of your emotion which you exchange with others, happens within yourself.

IN CASE YOU BROKE UP IN SPITE OF PUTTING THE BEST OF YOUR COMMITMENT,you can follow this tips to overcome it:
  1. Beat the hell out of your liking or fondness of her face by visiting his social networking profile every now and then or never.
  2. Find out your true self. Identify those things which you have interest on and work on it
  3. Remind yourself that in life, there are a few happenings which are beyond your control such as birth, death, the circumstance we face and the people we come across.
  4. Perpetual is nothing. If today something seems to be everything, tomorrows it may turn out to be absolutely nothing.
  5. From now on,try to accept people just the way they are.No one in this existence is perfect.
  6. Be conscious of your mortality. It will enhance the attachment within in a relationship. If you are aware of it, then you will not waste any time doing nonsensical stuff.
                                  Hope you find it useful.
